The candidate should be able to independently handle static creatives, Reels, motion graphics, video editing and AI-generated content . Industry: Luxury Real Estate/Digital Marketing Employment Type: Full time Key Responsibilities: Create premium static creatives, carousels, digital ads and social media content . Create Reels, motion graphics, video edits and short-form videos . Develop creative concepts for luxury real estate projects and campaigns . Work with architectural renders, lifestyle imagery and premium visual assets. Maintain a high-end, sophisticated visual language across different brands. Convert marketing briefs into compelling visual concepts and content. Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Social Media teams. AI & Creative Technology – Must Have Strong hands-on understanding of AI-powered content creation and creative workflows . The candidate should be comfortable using: ChatGPT Gemini Claude Grok Midjourney / similar AI image-generation tools Magnific for image enhancement/upscaling Envato for creative assets, templates and resources AI tools for video generation, image-to-video, animation and visual effects The candidate should be able to use AI not just for ideation, but to create, enhance and generate production-ready visual content . Requirements: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro . Strong knowledge of static, motion and video content . Good understanding of current AI creative tools and workflows . Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple creative requirements and deadlines. Good command of written and spoken English is mandatory. Experience - 3 to 6 years Portfolio is mandatory. Portfolio should demonstrate: Luxury real estate creatives Static & carousel designs Reels & video editing Motion graphics AI-generated images/videos Premium campaign concepts
