Specialist - Visual Storytelling & Executive Presentations

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver high-impact PowerPoint presentations, executive communications, proposals, and pitch decks that effectively communicate business objectives and key messages.

Transform complex business information, research findings, and strategic insights into compelling visual stories using creative layouts, infographics, dashboards, and data visualizations.

Partner with senior leaders, consultants, project teams, and global stakeholders to understand requirements and develop impactful communication materials aligned with business goals.

Provide creative direction and innovative design solutions for presentations, campaigns, client deliverables, and enterprise-wide communication initiatives.

Develop communication assets including leadership communications, employee engagement materials, learning & development content, marketing collateral, reports, mailers, and event branding.

Support business development activities by creating visually compelling RFP responses, proposals, pursuit materials, and client-facing presentations.

Ensure adherence to corporate and client brand guidelines, maintaining consistency, professionalism, and high-quality standards across all deliverables.

Review, edit, enhance, and quality-check presentation content and designs to ensure accuracy, visual excellence, and audience engagement.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deliverables, meeting tight deadlines, and ensuring exceptional stakeholder satisfaction through effective project execution.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Word for creating professional presentations and communication materials.

Proven ability in presentation design and visual storytelling, transforming complex information into clear, engaging, and impactful narratives.

Skilled in data visualization, infographics, dashboards, and process-flow design to simplify and present business insights effectively.

Strong understanding of brand management and compliance, ensuring consistency across all deliverables.

Bachelor's Degree or MBA in any discipline with 5-10 years of experience in visual presentation design, executive communications, and business storytelling.
