About the Role
As an SAP ABAP HR with ECP Integration Consultant, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP HR/HCM solutions, along with integrating SAP HCM with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The role requires strong hands-on ABAP development experience within the HR domain and good understanding of payroll-related integrations and interfaces.

As an SAP ABAP HR with ECP Integration Consultant, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP HR/HCM solutions, along with integrating SAP HCM with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). The role requires strong hands-on ABAP development experience within the HR domain and good understanding of payroll-related integrations and interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP programs for SAP HR/HCM processes.
- Work on SAP HCM/HR modules, including Personnel Administration and Payroll.
- Design and develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows using ABAP.
- Work on SAP ECP integration with SAP SuccessFactors and other SAP systems.
- Develop and support interfaces using relevant integration technologies.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and ABAP solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, integration failures, and performance-related problems.
- Work with functional teams to understand HR/payroll requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Support deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SAP HR/ECP solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP.
- Strong experience in SAP HR/HCM ABAP development.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) integration.
- Good understanding of SAP HCM Payroll processes.
- Experience in ABAP reports, interfaces, enhancements, exits/BAdIs, and debugging.
- Experience working on SAP SuccessFactors EC to ECP integration.
- Good understanding of HR master data and payroll-related interfaces.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central knowledge.
- Experience with IDocs, RFC, BAPI, Web Services, APIs and other integration mechanisms.
- Knowledge of OData and integration technologies.
- Experience with SAP HCM migration/integration projects.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA ABAP is an added advantage.
