Summary
Senior technical contributors who work across both frontend and backend while serving as technical leaders for the augmented staff. This is not a people management role.
Required Backend Skills
Java 17/21, Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, SQL, REST APIs, Streams,
Collections, Optional, JUnit/Mockito, Docker.
Required Frontend Skills
Angular 18+, TypeScript, Signals, RxJS, Reactive Forms, Dependency Injection, HTTP
Interceptors, Routing, State Management (NgRx or equivalent).
Expectations
Implement features independently, review code from augmented developers, identify outdated implementation patterns, recommend modern framework practices, raise architectural and maintainability concerns, help unblock developers, collaborate with Matrix technical leads, and drive consistent coding standards.
