OVERVIEW:

The Sales & Admissions Advisor (India) is a Chennai-based, target-driven individual contributor role responsible for converting inbound parent inquiries into confirmed enrollments for Fueling Brains Academies in Canada, working MST-aligned hours. The role owns the full lead-to-enrollment journey via phone, email, and video consultations, working closely with Canada-based Centre Directors, Marketing, and Billing teams. This role is directly accountable for conversion outcomes and enrollment targets, delivered entirely through remote, virtual family engagement.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead & Pipeline Ownership

  • Own and drive inbound parent leads from first contact through to enrollment confirmation
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead records in the CRM at every pipeline stage
  • Ensure timely, structured follow-up on all inquiries in line with defined response-time targets
  • Proactively re-engage inactive or aging leads to recover at-risk opportunities
  • Identify barriers to conversion and escalate systemic issues to leadership



Enrollment & Registration Conversion

  • Guide parents through program selection, registration steps, and required documentation over phone/email/video
  • Coordinate with Centre Directors on program placement, seat availability, and confirmed start dates
  • Ensure registration records are complete, accurate, and compliant before handoff to centre operations
  • Track and report on conversion rate, time-to-enroll, and drop-off points across the funnel



Virtual Family Engagement

  • Deliver virtual consultations and video tours to address parent questions and showcase programs
  • Represent the Fueling Brains brand consistently across all remote family touchpoints
  • Coordinate with on-the-ground Centre Directors when in-person follow-up is needed



Waitlist & Capacity Awareness

  • Maintain visibility of waitlists and available capacity by centre and program
  • Match parent demand to available capacity to maximize conversion and space utilization
  • Flag capacity constraints or growth opportunities to leadership



Marketing Collaboration

  • Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
  • Align messaging and offers with active promotions, timelines, and eligibility criteria



Reporting

  • Maintain regular reporting on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and follow-up timelines
  • Share insights and recommendations with leadership to improve conversion outcomes



REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered



Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, admissions, enrollment, or a customer-facing target-driven role
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding conversion/enrollment targets, ideally in a remote/phone-based setting
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage a sales or enrollment pipeline
  • Prior experience supporting North American clients/customers is strongly preferred
  • Experience in childcare, education, or service-based environments is an asset

  • Strong persuasive communication and relationship-building skills, in writing and by phone/video
  • Consultative selling and objection-handling ability in a remote-only context
  • Target-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable being measured on conversion outcomes
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through on a high volume of leads
  • Neutral, clear spoken English with strong cross-cultural communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across time zones with Canada-based teams without direct authority
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving organizational setting



WORK ENVIORNMENT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Based in Chennai, India
  • Working hours fully aligned to Mountain Standard Time (MST) business hours to match Canada centre operations
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional environment for calls/video consultations
  • Ability to manage periods of high volume and time-sensitive work, with flexibility during peak enrollment periods
