Prepare and review <\/span><\/span>financial statements<\/span><\/span><\/b> in accordance with <\/span><\/span>US GAAP<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Handle <\/span><\/span>consolidation of financial statements<\/span><\/span><\/b> and budgeting.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company's status and financial forecasts. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
Oversee the operations and development of the company's revenue departments, including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Effectively manage US, Canada and India accounting.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
8+ years of experience in accounting and\/or financial analysis.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
Strong knowledge of <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance.<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior\-level business partners.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision\-making skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n
Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Experience in Quick\-books & Zoho Books.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
