Job Role: ServiceNow Developer
Experience: 4+ Years
Locations: Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai & Pune
Work Model: Hybrid / Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Work across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM/HAM), CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, GRC/IRM, and SPM/PPM.
• Develop and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Configure and customize Service Portal, UI Builder, and Workspace.
• Work with Virtual Agent and custom application development.
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong scripting knowledge with JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM/HAM), CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, GRC/IRM, or SPM/PPM.
• Hands-on experience with Service Portal, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Virtual Agent.
• Experience in custom application development.
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of UI Builder and Workspace.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices.
• Experience in client-facing projects and end-to-end implementations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
