Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions. The candidate will be responsible for solution architecture, technical leadership, integrations, and ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
- Lead ServiceNow implementation, customization, integration, and enhancement activities.
- Provide technical guidance to developers and implementation teams.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Review technical designs and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support platform improvements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong experience in ServiceNow.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect / Technical Architect / Solution Architect.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, or HRSD.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, scripting, and Flow Designer.
- Experience working on enterprise-level ServiceNow projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

CSA - Certified System Administrator
CAD - Certified Application Developer
CIS - Certified Implementation Specialist
CTA - Certified Technical Architect
