Senior Recruiter - Non-Tech & Tech

We're looking for a strong and hands-on Senior Recruiter to own mid-level to senior hiring across both Tech and Non-Tech functions.

You'll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to build high-quality talent pipelines, drive targeted sourcing, and close exceptional candidates.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles.
• Lead headhunting, niche sourcing, and passive candidate engagement across Tech and Non-Tech roles.
• Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
• Manage candidate relationships, interviews, offer negotiations, and closures.
• Use ATS platforms, AI-powered sourcing tools, and recruitment data to improve hiring efficiency.
• Mentor junior recruiters or interns and help raise recruitment standards.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong track record of hiring mid-level to senior talent across Tech and Non-Tech roles.
• Exceptional sourcing and headhunting skills with experience engaging passive candidates.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and modern recruitment tools.
• Exposure to AI-driven recruitment tools is a plus.
