You will serve as a technical linchpin| bridging the gap between high-level business requirements and robust technical execution. With 10 years of experience| you are expected to bring deep insights into distributed systems| DevOps culture| and the evolving AWS ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Architectural Leadership: Design and deploy scalable| highly available| and fault-tolerant systems on AWS using best practices (Well-Architected Framework). Backend Engineering: Develop high-performance code and integrate it seamlessly with AWS services. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate the provisioning of infrastructure using Terraform| AWS CloudFormation| or AWS CDK. Migration & Modernization: Lead the transition of legacy on-premise applications to cloud-native microservices. Security & Compliance: Implement IAM roles| VPC security groups| and encryption protocols to ensure a "Security First" environment. Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level developers to foster a culture of technical excellence. Cost Optimization: Monitor and optimize cloud spend through right-sizing| reserved instances| and serverless architectures. Technical Requirements Core AWS Services: Expert-level knowledge of Compute (EC2| Lambda| ECS/EKS| Glue)| Storage (S3| EFS)| and Database (RDS| DynamoDB| Aurora). 1 of 2 Job Title: Senior AWS Developer (Architect Level) Serverless: Extensive experience building event-driven architectures using AWS Lambda| Step Functions| and EventBridge. Networking: Deep understanding of VPCs| Route 53| API Gateway| and CloudFront. DevOps/CI-CD: Mastery of CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline| GitLab CI| or Jenkins) and containerization (Docker| Kubernetes). Data Consistency: Proficiency in handling distributed transactions and eventual consistency in a microservices environment. Agentic AI implementation: Should have experience implementing projects in Agentic AI using Agentcore| Bedrock etc Soft Skills Pragmatism: The ability to choose the "right tool for the job" rather than just the "newest tool."
