Job Description |
We are seeking a proficient DevOps /Tester to join our innovative IT team. This role involves automating testing processes and ensuring seamless integration of Internal databases and legacy systems with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data cloud . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies. |
Key Initiatives |
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure the reliability and performance of integration between Databases and SF Ecosystem
• Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and system architects to gather integration understanding and transform them into Test Cases
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations within internal team and raise with SF if required.
• Work with database and other system team to help and support the integration with SF tools .
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies to maintain high standards of software quality and user experience.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment of Salesforce changes, ensuring quick and reliable updates.
• Optimize Salesforce configurations and integrations to improve performance and scalability for solutions.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of mobile applications to ensure they meet user expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes, monitoring, and system reliability to support innovation.
• Proficiency in automation frameworks and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, and Docker. Strong understanding of test automation, integration testing, and cloud technologies. |
Roles & Responsibilites |
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using open-source or commercial tools.
• Perform integration testing to ensure seamless interaction between different modules and services.
• Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure new changes do not disrupt existing functionality
• Conduct performance Testing to identify the gaps while integrating new pipelines
• Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to ensure consistent project execution and quality assurance
• Conduct unit test, code reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure integration solutions meet high standards
• Identify, analyze, and document detailed records of problems that appear during testing, and escalate potential quality issues to management.
• Experience in implementation of large scale software(high transaction volume, high availability concepts)
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on test plans, test cases, and testing processes.
• Provide support for product validation, prototypes, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction |
Minimum Qualification |
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in software testing and DevOps practices and with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Ecosystem
• Strong ability to manage and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of software development, systems integration, and cloud technologies
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities |
Preffered Qualification |
• MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
• Salesforce Admin , PD cerification is preferred
• Knowledge of Cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience in API integration with Legacy systems |
