• Ability to independently do assessment of controls, craft solution and drive adoption across teams.
• Ability to formulate adoption of any policies and control framework.
• Good communication skills
• Good stakeholder management skills

Mandatory skills*

• Must have worked on Risk Governance and Control within Cybersecurity for at least 8 to 10 years
• Hands on experience on GRC tools like Archer and ServiceNow
• Conducting thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and improve mitigation strategies.
