• Management of User and Access Lifecycle; Monitoring and Health Check including Standardization, optimization, modernization and cleanup.
• Access request Workflows: Request Management
• Bug-fixing and Problem analysis - Root Cause analysis
• Monitoring Jobs: Errors logs using IDM Toolset

Audit. Deploy changes based on JIRA tickets (Stories, Bugs, Tasks) and rollout.

Maintain Service Desk knowledgebase articles through Confluence.
