Senior Consultant - UKG WFM (Kronos)

Technical Expertise: Extensive experience (8+ years) implementing UKG WFM (Kronos) solutions in complex environments, including staff scheduling, Pay rules, Pay and Time Compare, timekeeping and all other business structures of UKG application. Current UKG certifications are good to have.
Payroll Knowledge: Familiarity with payroll processes and integration is a strong asset.
Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience in project planning, risk management, and client communication.
Client-Focused Mindset: Commitment to professional client service excellence with the ability to build trusted relationships and deliver value-driven solutions.
