Skills Required:

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum events Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Experience in Scrum master and have worked in SAFe Agile framework
• Experience working with Agile teams and a deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
• Experience in coaching and mentoring teams
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence tool for Scrum Board management.
• Excellent ability to lead meetings and discussions
• Excellent Communication and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts within the team and with stakeholders.
• Understanding of software development life cycle
• Experience in a financial services Payment Domain
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and remove impediments.
• Assist the Product Owner with product backlog management, including refinement and prioritization.
• Track and communicate team metrics
