• Proven experience (6+ years) as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in investment banking, specifically in securities settlement and confirmation.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, including trade capture, matching, confirmation, and settlement across asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives).
• Knowledge of industry Settlement platforms and standards (e.g., SWIFT, DTCC, Omgeo CTM, Euroclear, Clearstream).
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with distributed teams.
