Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

- Design, develop, and maintain ATF test suites and custom test steps for ServiceNow applications.

- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into automated test cases.

- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing using ATF and other automation tools.

- Conduct API testing, performance testing, and security validation.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

- Maintain test documentation and ensure traceability of test cases to requirements.

- Work with CI/CD tools to integrate automated tests into the deployment pipeline.

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF.

- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

- Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, ServiceNow Test Management, or similar.

- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow data models, workflows, and integrations.
