- Project Leadership: Lead HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Resource Management: Organize and manage project resources, including team members, budgets, and timelines.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with and manage difficult stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and addressing concerns effectively.
- HR Processes: Understand and apply HR processes and best practices to project management.
- Technology Solutions: Implement and manage HR technology solutions to enhance project outcomes.
- Scrum Master Duties: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.), ensure the team adheres to agile principles, and remove impediments to progress.
- User Story Delivery: Ensure user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and delivered on time, meeting the acceptance criteria.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
-Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, SHRM-CP, CSM) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR project management or a related role, with at least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
