Test Automation

Job Description:
• Act as the primary QA point of contact for client stakeholders during onsite or client facing engagements
• Collaborate directly with clients, product owners, and business analysts to understand, clarify, and validate requirements
• Translate business requirements into effective test scenarios, test cases, and automation strategies
• Design, develop, and maintain Java + Selenium automation frameworks with a focus on reliability and scalability
• Execute functional, regression, and automation test cycles, ensuring alignment with client expectations
• Participate in client meetings, sprint ceremonies, and walkthroughs to communicate test status, risks, and quality metrics
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early and provide proactive recommendations to clients
• Perform root cause analysis of defects and work closely with development teams for resolution
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and ensure timely feedback to stakeholders
• Maintain clear and professional test documentation, reports, and dashboards for client consumption
• Ensure adherence to agreed upon QA processes, standards, and SLAs
