Job Description |
Mandatory Skill: Maintaining inventory of lab supplies. Ensuring lab hosts are running and up-to-date. Ensuring lab devices are in good state to run tests Assisting stakeholders with test enablement and bring-up. Ensuring lab networks are working and are able to support all of the necessary tests. Creating and/or updating test beds with requested equipment Managing lab scheduling, space allocation and workflow efficiency Reclaim unused test beds / devices / test results Ensuring compliance with safety regulations Maintaining a clean and organized lab space Getting the necessary approvals for device allocations.
Lab Activities: Inventory Management: Tracking Inventory - Keep records of all supplies and equipment. Organizing Storage - Ensure all supplies and equipment are stored properly and efficiently so that they can be easily accessed, while keeping the lab clean Procurement of required devices Logistics - Coordinate with various teams for obtaining necessary documentation for shipments Host Setup and Maintenance : Manage and maintain host systems Device Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance of lab devices. Stakeholder and Test Owner Support: Test Setup: Assist stakeholders with test equipment and test setups Infrastructure Management: Diagnose test failures: build versus lab issues. Lab Demos: Demonstrate lab and tests to all stakeholders as required |

Key Requirements/Responsibilities :
- Maintaining inventory of lab supplies (Android TV's, Systems, TV accessories, mobiles etc) .
- Ensuring lab hosts are running and up to date.
- Ensuring lab devices(Android TV's, Mobiles, systems, TV accessories) are in good state to run tests
- Good knowledge in Networking and basic knowledge in Python
- Assisting stakeholders with test enablement on different devices (TV's and mobile devices) and bring-up.
- Ensuring lab networks are working and are able to support all of the necessary tests.
- Creating and/or updating test beds for the Automation test runs with requested equipment
- Managing lab scheduling, space allocation and workflow efficiency
- Reclaim unused test beds / devices / test results
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Maintaining a clean and organized lab space
- Getting the necessary approvals for device allocations
