Job Summary:

Build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design. Design, modify, develop, write and implement software programming applications. Support and/or install software applications. Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.

Qualifications

Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Certifications in Cloud Platforms, AI/ML, Databricks, Azure, OpenAI technologies, or related areas are desirable.

Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python programming and software development practices.
  • Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • LangChain

    • Planning, memory management, tool calling, and autonomous task execution
  • Strong knowledge of:

  • Experience with Databricks, MLflow, Model Serving, Unity Catalog, and cloud-based AI workloads.
  • Knowledge of software architecture principles, application design, deployment patterns, and system integrations.
  • Experience implementing observability, tracing, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization frameworks.
  • Understanding of Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, version control, and modern software engineering practices.

Experience

Required

  • 4-8 years of experience in software engineering, Python development, AI/ML, and Generative AI technologies.
  • Proven experience building, deploying, and supporting production-grade software solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering GenAI or Agentic AI solutions from concept through deployment and operational support.
  • Experience working within Agile development environments and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience following software engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, documentation, source control, and release management.

Preferred

  • Experience with enterprise AI platforms, cloud-native architectures, and AI application deployment.
  • Experience implementing observability, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks for LLM-based applications.
  • Early-career experience through internships, co-op programs, student employment, or equivalent project work demonstrating end-to-end software solution development.
