Job Requirements* • Strong expertise in end-to-end Software Asset Management (SAM) operations within a large enterprise Customer Environment
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro, including normalization, reconciliation, entitlements, and compliance reporting
• In-depth understanding of Software Governance frameworks, audit readiness, and risk mitigation
• Practical experience with publisher tiering concepts (Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3 publishers)
• Hands-on license management experience for 2–3 Tier 1 publishers such as (examples):
• Microsoft
