5+ Total Years of experience.
Experience in JIRA Administration and Atlassian tools.
Strong expertise in JIRA customization, workflow automation, and scripting (Groovy, JQL, REST API, etc.).
Hands-on experience integrating AHA! Roadmaps with JIRA.
Solid understanding of JIRA permissions, security, and user management.
Experience in Atlassian Cloud and Data Center environments.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Familiarity with JIRA plugins (ScriptRunner, Automation for JIRA, BigPicture, Portfolio, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hybrid (2 days/week).
