We're looking for a Professor (Department) <\/span>who can undertake Department. The candidate must be capable of organize Department. Ideally, the candidate must have Good Admirative skills as well as Good clinical <\/span><\/span>

<\/p>\n \n - To make Daily Rounds of all the cases admitted under his \/ her unit and give instructions to the Staff Nurses and Paramedical Workers<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - To take classes in Out patient Clinics as well as during Ward Rounds while carrying out Patient Management<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - Complete management of a Full\-time Unit including training & supervision of Residents, Postgraduate and Undergraduate Students<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - To perform all such duties to ensure continued enhancement in the quality of patient care through efficient Health care delivery system.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - To exhibit keen interest , initiative & drive in the overall development of the Dept. and 'Leadership Qualities' for others to follow.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>\n - He \/ She is expected to perform all the duties diligently with utmost sincerity and honesty.<\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Any other duty\/task\/work assigned by any higher authority like Dean, Medical Superintendent, Head of the Department from time to time; either in "Public Interest" or in the interest of upkeep \/ development of the Department \/ Institutions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>\n \n - Professor: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>The candidates having a recognized Medical Qualification, <\/span>MD(Department) <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - <\/span><\/span>Three years teaching experience as Associate Professor in the concerned speciality in Medical College. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n - Two Research Publication during the tenure of Associate Professor<\/span><\/span>
