Main missions

Definition and maintenance of the HAM standard

• Define and write the HAM Group process standard (scope, principles, Workflow, KPI, KRI) using the IT process template.
• Ensure alignment of the HAM standard with the SAM standard, the CMDB and the Group's standards (ITSM, security, finance, compliance).
• Participate in the evolution of the HAM standard according to the evolution of tools, feedback from the field and orientations of the program.

Management of the detailed HAM process

• Lead workshops on the implementation of the standard in detailed processes (hardware lifecycle, controls, roles).
• Coordinate contributors (IT, logistics, security, finance).
• Define and have validated:
  • detailed steps,
  • management rules,
  • RACI,
  • quality control points.

Validation of HAM operating guides

• Review and validate HAM operating guides (run books):
  • clarity, completeness, implementation,
  • compliance with the detailed process and the Group standard.
  • Ensure that the guides cover nominal cases, exceptions, and interactions with SAM and CMDB.

Cross-functional coherence and tooled integration

• Ensure consistency between HAM, SAM and CMDB (CI, device, user, Lifecycle, Data Quality).
• Identify and address rule discrepancies or conflicts.

Validation within the tool and operational feasibility

• Verify and validate the implementation of HAM processes in the Service now tool
• Define the use cases of the activities for the UAT environment.

Verify that the data required by the processes is implementable in the tool

• Validate workflows, allocation rules, compliance calculations.
• Contribute to the qualification of tool/process evolution needs.

Change Management

• Participate in the development and implementation of change management actions
• Identify the organizational and operational impacts related to changes in HAM processes.
• Support the appropriation of the HAM standard, detailed processes and operating guides by the teams concerned.
• Be a HAM business referent during the transition and maturity phases.

Risk and continuous improvement

• Track the correct application of HAM processes over time.
• Identify risks, inconsistencies or process drifts.
• Propose and manage continuous improvement actions.
