Job Description:
Development & Enhancement
• Continued development of models per the Insights Roadmap, including definition of acceptance criteria, evaluation methodology, and sign-off process before promotion to production
• Enhancing existing models and pipelines
Support & Operations
• Investigate and resolve model failures and drift/degraded performance
• Retraining: define triggers and process for retraining or recalibrating models
• Ensure Solid Handover Documentation & Knowledge Transfer from Cem
• Update all model Documentation (purpose, features, training data, metrics, known limitations) and pipelines where there gaps
• Knowledge transfer to internal team
Model & Pipeline Health
• Review existing ML models and implement health checks where missing, covering: input data sources (freshness, schema, volume, drift), model outputs (precision, recall, R², or metric appropriate to model type), and exports/downstream syncs
• Review and remediate existing data pipelines that create input datasets or transform outputs
• Configure automated monitoring and alerting on the above (e.g. Foundry Data Health checks, Modelling Objectives), so issues surface without manual review
• Define basic standards for MLOPS : version control, code review, testing, and promotion through dev/staging/prod
Platform
• Review Foundry upgrades recommended by Palantir and provide approval/impact assessment to the Enablement Team (installation remains with Enablement)
• Validate models and pipelines post-upgrade (regression testing after platform changes)
