SAP S4HANA FI LEAD

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Configure and manage SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions.
• Handle core SAP FI processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Tax.
• Manage SAP CO processes including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis.
• Ensure seamless integration of FI/CO with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Provide functional leadership and guide team members on SAP FICO-related activities.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for developments.
• Manage stakeholders and coordinate with business users, project teams, and vendors.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of strong experience in SAP FICO.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Excellent knowledge of FI and CO modules.
• Strong experience in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Tax.
• Good understanding of FI/CO integration with MM and SD.
• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and financial accounting concepts.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
