Automation Playwright

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
• Perform UI automation testing for web applications and CMS-based applications.
• Automate end-to-end functional, regression, and integration test scenarios.
• Develop and execute API automation using Playwright.
• Create reusable and maintainable automation frameworks and test scripts.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze test results.
• Identify, document, and track defects and work closely with development teams for resolution.
• Perform cross-browser and end-to-end testing.
• Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter.
• Integrate automation tests with CI/CD pipelines where required.
• Maintain test documentation, reports, and automation standards.
• Collaborate with QA, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5–11 years of experience in Software Testing/QA Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Strong experience in UI automation and web application testing.
• Experience testing CMS-based web applications; Sitecore experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in API automation using Playwright.
• Good knowledge of API testing concepts, REST APIs, and HTTP methods.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing.
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks, test design, and execution.
• Experience with defect management and QA processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
