10+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role.
Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and related DevOps tools.
Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and security best practices.
Experience leading teams in Telecom environments, driving DevOps strategies, and managing large-scale deployments.
Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Strong scripting skills (Python, Shell, etc.) and familiarity with version control tools (Git, GitHub).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
Relevant certifications in DevOps and Telecom domains are highly preferred.
