Working Mode	Hybrid (Candidate needs to work 3 days a week from Infosys Office). 100% remote working is not allowed.
Location	India (Bangalore Only). Candidate should start working from Bangalore on day 1.
JD	Skillset and Key Responsibilities: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation and development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 CE Online. Good Work experience on Sales and Service Modules. Strong experience to use JavaScript, MS CRM SDK, Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization parts, Web-Services. Managing the CRM Support issues and co-ordinate with the team on time closure and drive Problem management process to reduce ticket volume or show cost optimization or implement best practices. Strong Experience with Dataverse and CRM Security roles. Worked on Plugin Web API to consume data from third party. Good to have experience on PowerApps and Power Automate Flows. Worked on CRUD operations using REST and Web API calls in JavaScript Worked on Integration technique With Azure Function in Azure Cloud Environment for Asynchronous messaging. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
