Job Description Job Title: Techno-Commercial Sales Executive / Manager of Raw Materials (Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care)

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Techno-Commercial Sales Executive to promote and sell raw materials to customers in the Pharmaceutical and Home & Personal Care industry. The role involves technical support, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Meet Scientists and Procurement teams to promote raw materials.

• Provide technical support and product guidance.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Prepare sales presentations and negotiate contracts

• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Accounts teams.

• Maintain CRM records.

• Attend industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in raw material sales for Pharmaceutical/Home & Personal Care industry.

• Strong technical knowledge of raw materials and applications.

• Fluent in regional language, English, and Hindi.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

• Willingness to travel. Base Locations Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Delhi NCR.
