Your Role

Content Programming according to Calendar Of Events and Current Events Affairs

Identify deviations from defined standards and correct them with a new execution plan.

Preparing daily programming strategy with a quantitative and analytical approach.

Develop functional strategies based on organizational development like keeping track of details of significant moves of competitors.

Make the most beneficial use of Entertainment and Infotainment content.

Collaborative with BD and Content acquisition team.

Evaluating the content which is planned for ingesting to first track the programming and planning process.

Closely work with the Operation team to avoid any delay in ingestion.

Overviewing of video content along with creative images that ensure one-time approvals and promotion of planned packages.

To Succeed in this Role

Prior 2 to 3 years of working experience in managing workflows of localization assets in the entertainment industry

Highly analytical, a strong problem solver and effective communicator.

Thrive to work in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and focus on generating results.

Self-starter, who can work effectively, autonomously and drive projects cross functionally.

Possess strong critical thinking skills that allow for intense attention to detail as well as the ability to see the big picture.
