Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, etc.)
Manage SAP system upgrades, patches, kernel updates, and OSS note implementations
Perform client copies, system refreshes, and transport management
Monitor and optimize system performance (workload analysis, memory management, etc.)
Manage database administration in coordination with the DBA team (HANA, Oracle, or SQL)
Set up and maintain system landscape directories and Solution Manager integration
Configure and monitor SAP Job Scheduling, spool, and log management
Manage SAP security administration in coordination with functional teams
Provide support for system backup/recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery setups
Troubleshoot system errors, application failures, and coordinate with SAP support
