ITIL Based Service Delivery
L2 Level trouble shooting and administration
Networking management, monitoring,
Installation, maintenance and trouble shooting of Firewall applications
Email security / network security applications
LAN/ WAN/SAN configurations and design
Desktop trouble shooting
will be expected to interact with Sr people so attitude and demeanour has to be mature, professional , sensible and proactive
will attend to server, mail and desktop related calls
constant upgradation of knowledge thru inhouse and internet resources
