Minimum 7 years of experience in networking, with relevant experience on Cisco Client
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Client Guest access and BYOD solutions
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Client for network access control, including guest access portals, 802.1X authentication, and device profiling
Design and implement secure guest access solutions using Cisco Client, ensuring seamless and secure connectivity for visitors
Strong understanding of network security principles and practices
Experience with guest access solutions and 802.1X authentication
Familiarity with Cisco Wireless controllers/Switches and integration with Cisco Client
Basic knowledge/experience on programming languages Java/HTML
Familiarity with Web development and Guest Portal customization
Scripting/automation experience (Rest API) is a plus
Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with logs, debugs and packet captures
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Web Development with UX/UI

Design and customize Cisco Client guest access portals, including layout, branding, and functionality enhancements
Utilize HTML and Java, other web technologies like jQuery/CSS to create and modify portal pages
Work closely with Client and Customer Teams, and stakeholders to align portal customization requirements with organizational goals
UI/UX design experience
Experience with API integrations
Strong understanding of network security principles and practices
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
