Recruitment Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment operations, technology hiring, and international recruitment, with exposure to global candidates, clients, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
• Interview and recruitment coordination.
• Candidate and stakeholder communication.
• Recruitment tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Managing multiple vacancies and deadlines.
• Using recruitment platforms, ATS, Excel, and AI tools.
• Supporting international recruitment and global stakeholders.
• Other recruitment and operational duties as required.

International Exposure

• Work with international candidates and stakeholders.
• Gain exposure to Australian Government and enterprise recruitment.
• Recruit across IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Digital Transformation roles.
• Develop experience with global recruitment practices and modern AI-powered recruitment tools.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Good problem-solving and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Professional approach when dealing with candidates and stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to learn and use AI and recruitment technologies.
