Your Role

As an Intern, you will work with General Legal Counsel and the legal team on drafting and assisting in negotiating various

contracts.

A Day in the Life

Assisting in drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents under supervision.

Engaging with internal stakeholders or clients to gather information and provide support on legal matters.

Support the team in the review of vendor contracts such as NDA, Amendments, MSA and SOWs.

Provide legal opinion on company policies and processes under supervision

Regulatory research and compliance

Liaise with internal counsel on contracts, compliance, disputes, IP related matters etc.

Drive efficiency in contracting and other legal processes

What You Need

Law degree (L.L.B. or equivalent) from a reputable law university, with excellent academic achievement

Eligible to enroll under NATS (Board of Apprenticeship Training) as a Graduate Apprentice.

Strong legal research and analytical skills

Proficiency in MS Office and adaptive to using new digital tools or platforms.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

A willingness to learn, with a proactive and responsible attitude

Open to collaboration with cross-functional teams and receptive to guidance from mentors
