Hiring: E-commerce Executive

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, marketplace advertising, Excel, and reconciliation.

• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon and other marketplaces.

• Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads / PPC campaigns to improve sales and ROAS.
\n
• Manage marketplace advertising campaigns and monitor their performance.
\n
• Analyze advertising spend, sales, ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and other key metrics.
\n
• Maintain and optimize product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
\n
• Handle sales, payment, and marketplace reconciliation on a regular basis.
\n
• Identify discrepancies in orders, returns, deductions, commissions, and marketplace payments.
\n
• Prepare and maintain accurate Excel reports and MIS.
\n
• Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams.
\n
• Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions, and marketplace trends.
\n
• Prepare regular reports on sales, advertising, inventory, and profitability.
\n

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce / marketplace operations.
\n
• Must have hands-on knowledge of Amazon Ads/PPC and marketplace advertising.
\n
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and other marketplace platforms.
\n
• Excellent Excel skills — Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, filters, data analysis, and reporting.
\n
• Good understanding of marketplace reconciliation and payment reports.
\n
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
\n
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
\n
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
\n

We are looking for someone who is strong in Excel, numbers, Amazon Ads, and reconciliation, with a practical understanding of marketplace operations.
