• Graduate or Post Graduate

\n

• Experience of 6+ years or more in Instructional Designing/eLearning

\n

• Well versed with storyboarding from raw content

\n

• Well versed with Captivate 2019 and Articulate Storyline

\n

• Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and HTML

\n

Good-to-Have

\n

• Exposure to Corporate Work Environment

\n

• Experience in working in a team and interacting with clients content teams

\n


\n

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

\n

• Serve as a member of eLearning and blended-learning project teams, collaborating with the team in the analysis of user needs, audience, tasks, learning context, and UX leading to the development of a final product concept.

\n

• Create storyboards using unprocessed material.

\n

• Guide the development of learning goals and objectives for eLearning courses in collaboration with SME and approve final learning goals and objectives.

\n

• Definitions:

\n

o learning goals = broad, big picture learning outcomes

\n

o learning objectives = specific and measurable attitudes, knowledge, and skills

\n

• Design all eLearning course instructional design maps choreograph modules and lesson flows using a variety of instructional strategies designed to create engaging and inspiring elearning experiences that enhance retention and transfer.

\n

This process includes:

\n

o using an iterative design process involving efficient prototyping and mapping

\n

o consistently applying best practices and principles in elearning pedagogy with an emphasis on real-life application (scenario-based learning)

\n

• Provide SMEs with course instructional design maps and interaction templates that utilize existing authoring tools so that they can populate templates with the required content.

\n

• Create elearning assessment strategies aligned with learning objectives.

\n

• Review all drafts of content populated elearning module\lesson templates and provide direction to SME for improvement and correction or modify course design map.

\n

• Conduct a final review of the modules\lessons after they have been loaded into the course builder and provide direction to the digital composition editor for improvement.

\n

• To create and maintain necessary documentation including:

\n

o project planning docs

\n

o elearning course maps

\n

o up-to-date templates for instructional strategies that can be created with learning authoring software

\n

o emerging templates for new instructional strategies

\n

• To promote continuous institutional elearning improvement and innovation through ongoing research and development.
