About the Company

Capital Bolts & Hardwares is a 65+ year legacy organization specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of industrial fasteners. We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and result-driven Operations Manager who can effectively lead Human Resources while driving operational excellence across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
\n
• Coordinate with all department heads to track productivity and operational efficiency.
\n
• Develop and implement operational processes, SOPs, and workflow improvements.
\n
• Ensure timely execution of management decisions and cross-functional coordination.
\n
• Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare MIS reports for management.
\n
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
\n
• Drive process automation and digital initiatives, including Google Workspace and workflow management tools.
\n
• Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of organizational systems such as FMS (Follow-up Management System).
\n
• Conduct regular review meetings and follow up on action items.
\n

Desired Candidate Profile

\n
• 5–10 years of experience in Operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
\n
• Knowledge of recruitment, performance management and employee relations.
\n
• Experience in implementing SOPs and operational processes.
\n
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
\n
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS/ERP systems.
\n
• Experience in FMS (Follow-up Management System) or similar task management systems will be an added advantage.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple departments, prioritize tasks, and work under deadlines.
\n

Qualification

\n
• Any Graduate / Specialization in Operations, Business Administration, or equivalent.
\n
• Certification in HR, Lean Management, Six Sigma, or Project Management will be an added advantage.
\n
