Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing projects from site acquisition to project closure under the guidance of senior project managers.
\n
• Support site feasibility studies, surveys, and project planning activities.
\n
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
\n
• Track project schedules, budgets, and progress, and prepare MIS reports.
\n
• Assist in procurement, vendor coordination, and material planning.
\n
• Support statutory approvals and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
\n
• Participate in site inspections, project meetings, and documentation.
\n
• Assist in project commissioning, handover, and closure documentation.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or B.Arch.
\n
• MBA in Project Management.
