Job Description
Job Purpose:
\nThe role of Personal Assistant to CXO will support the smooth day-to-day running of the CXO’s office. The incumbent is expected to understand the business in order to provide efficient support to the CXO. He/ she provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests. The incumbent will also participate in special projects / event management as per requirement.

\nWhat you’ll do:
\n- \n
- Act as the CXO’s first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization. \n
- Provide end to end calendar management for CXO. \n
- Schedule meetings taking into account the different time zones and ensure the CXO has all the required documents. \n
- Prepare agendas, take minutes of meetings and follow-up as required. \n
- Book all travel arrangements, accommodation and organize itineraries. \n
- Collate and submit claims (Travel, FPA etc.). \n
- Prepare reports and presentations by gathering data and putting it in the required format. \n
- Maintain confidentiality in reports as relevant to top management level. \n
- Prepare periodic communications to internal and external stakeholders. \n
- Assist with end-to-end data management and ensure confidential data and documents are password protected. \n
- Act as gatekeepers and problem solvers, keep the company organized, boost morale and increase productivity. \n
- Develop knowledge on IT system process and Digital Signature process. \n
- Stay updated on basic SAP - PR/PO process. \n
- Create a friendly work atmosphere while maintaining the office decorum with full integrity. \n
What you‘ll bring:
\nExperience:

- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role working for an CEO / MD level individual. \n
- Proficient in SAP e-Expenses, online tools. \n
- PowerPoint skills and advanced Microsoft Word and Excel. \n
- Knowledge of G Suite / e-mail systems. \n
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, highly attentive to detailing. \n
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Full Time)
