Job Title: Senior Project / Program Manager – Data & AI (Night Shift)

Shift: Night Shift (Aligning with global clients)

About the Role

We are looking for a heavyweight, seasoned Senior Project/Program Manager to lead large-scale, high-risk, and complex global delivery projects. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of projects, orchestrate cross-functional teams of 40+ people, and act as the primary strategic partner for C-level executives

What You'll Do

%CF; Global Delivery: Manage large, complex, multi-region project delivery with high commercial and legal complexity.

%CF; Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and inspire internal and external teams of 40+ people (including other PMs).

%CF; Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client leadership and C-suite executives.

%CF; Financial Ownership: Own project financials, ensuring reliable forecasting and meeting/exceeding approved budgets.

What We Are Looking For (Required Skills)

%CF; Experience: 5 to 10 years of solid project/program management experience.

%CF; Must-Have Certifications: Active PMP AND CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certifications.

%CF; Tech Domain Expertise: Proven experience managing Data & AI projects, Cloud Solutions, DevOps implementations, and Datacenter/Application migrations.

%CF; Methodology: In-depth knowledge of advanced scheduling, risk management, and Agile/Scrum frameworks.

%CF; Flexibility: Comfortable working the night shift to support global client operations.

%CF; Education: First Level University Degree (Advanced Degree preferred).
