• Lead, mentor, and develop team managers, project leads, and offshore delivery teams

• Own workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management

• Drive performance improvement, employee engagement, and succession planning

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as the primary offshore operations contact for onshore stakeholders and leadership
\n
• Lead governance meetings and present delivery performance, risks, and improvement plans
\n
• Manage escalations end-to-end with timely resolution and clear communication
\n

Quality, Governance & Continuous Improvement

\n
• Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track delivery performance
\n
• Drive process standardization, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
\n
• Identify automation opportunities to improve productivity
\n
• Ensure compliance with organizational, security, and quality standards
\n

Reporting

\n
• Own daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting on SLA adherence, delivery timelines, quality, utilization, and risks
\n

Required Experience

\n
• 12–16 years of overall experience in IT Operations, Delivery Management, Service Delivery, or Technology Delivery
\n
• 6–8 years in a managerial or delivery leadership role, specifically managing offshore teams reporting into onshore/global stakeholders
\n
• Proven track record managing multiple projects/workstreams with governance and KPI accountability
\n
• Experience handling delivery risks, escalations, and stakeholder expectations
\n
• Background in software development, technology services, or insurance technology
\n

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration. MBA or relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.
