Graphic Designer – Junior / Senior Location : Nariman Point, Mumbai Experience : 1-3+ years Work Mode : Hybrid | 12 days WFO per month Working Days: 5 days a week About Every Last Detail Every Last Detail Co. is a boutique digital marketing company based in Nariman Point, Mumbai, with a strong focus on Instagram content marketing for D2C brands across fashion, lifestyle, health and luxury. We work hard, have fun and genuinely love what we do! About the Role We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented and responsible Graphic Designer to join our team. We’re open to candidates across Junior to Senior levels , with approximately 1-3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency or media environment. The role involves taking a brief from concept to execution and creating engaging visual content across social media and digital platforms. We’re looking for someone with a strong aesthetic sense, a go-getter attitude and the ability to work independently while collaborating with creative and social media teams. What You'll Do Study design briefs and conceptualize visual ideas based on client requirements Develop and pitch creative concepts Create social media posts, grids, stories, digital ads, website banners, emailers, newsletters, look books, WhatsApp creatives and more Use the Adobe Creative Suite to create illustrations, layouts, logos and other design assets Select appropriate fonts, colors, imagery and layouts based on the brand and communication objective Collaborate with copywriters, Creative Directors and Social Media Managers to develop and execute campaigns Work with internal teams to prioritize and deliver projects within timelines Test and adapt graphics across different platforms and formats Incorporate feedback and make design revisions across multiple rounds For senior-level candidates, take greater ownership of concepts, creative direction and execution What We're Looking For 1–3+ years of relevant experience in graphic design; agency/media experience is preferred Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign Experience with animation and video editing is a plus; Adobe Premiere Pro preferred A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, illustrations and/or digital creatives A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, colors and visual details Strong communication skills and openness to feedback Ability to work methodically, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills Knowledge of design principles and techniques, including prototyping Good time-management and organizational skills A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Fine Arts or a related field is preferred Why ELD?
