Job Description
Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Event Management solutions. Configure Event Rules, Alert Correlation, and Alert Aggregation mechanisms. Integrate enterprise monitoring tools with ServiceNow Event Management. Implement and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB solutions. Automate incident creation and event remediation workflows. Monitor event processing and improve alert quality and operational efficiency. Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, network, and application teams. Develop integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers. Support ServiceNow upgrades, deployments, and platform enhancements. Ensure CMDB data quality and service visibility across the organization. Provide production support and resolve critical issues within SLA timelines.
