Role Overview
\nWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Salesforce with 7+ years of experience to lead and manage large-scale Salesforce initiatives. The role involves end-to-end ownership of Salesforce-based Loan Origination System (LOS) programs, driving delivery, stakeholder alignment, and business outcomes in the Vehicle Finance domain.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nProgram / Project Delivery

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. \n
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource planning. \n
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. \n
Salesforce Implementation Oversight
\n- \n
- Oversee Salesforce LOS implementation including workflows, approvals, integrations, and reporting. \n
- Ensure alignment with business processes such as lead management, credit evaluation, sanctioning, and disbursement stages. \n
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
\n- \n
- Coordinate with Business, Credit, Operations, IT, Product, Risk, and Compliance teams. \n
- Manage external vendors / SI partners for development and support activities. \n
- Drive governance forums, status reporting, and steering committee updates. \n
Domain Leadership – Vehicle Finance
\n- \n
- Drive implementation of vehicle finance journeys (2W, PV, CV, CE, Tractor) on Salesforce. \n
- Ensure alignment with end-to-end LOS lifecycle including sourcing, underwriting, approval, and disbursement processes. \n
Risk, Compliance & Governance
\n- \n
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements. \n
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks. \n
- Maintain proper documentation, audit trails, and control frameworks. \n
Process Optimization & Transformation
\n- \n
- Drive initiatives to improve TAT, customer experience, and operational efficiency. \n
- Lead transformation initiatives such as automation, integration enhancements, and cross-sell enablement. \n
Testing & Release Governance
\n- \n
- Oversee SIT/UAT cycles, release planning, and production deployment. \n
- Ensure defect closure, stability, and user adoption post go-live. \n
Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of Vehicle Finance / Auto Loans / LOS processes \n
- Experience working on Salesforce (Sales Cloud / LOS implementations) \n
- Understanding of credit workflows, approval matrix, and compliance-driven processes \n
Program Management Skills

- Proven experience in managing large programs and cross-functional teams \n
- Strong planning, risk management, and delivery governance capabilities \n
- Experience in Agile / Hybrid delivery models \n
Technical Understanding

- Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture (objects, workflows, integrations) \n
- Exposure to integrations with systems such as credit bureaus, BRE, core banking, APIs \n
Communication & Leadership

Experience & Qualification

- 7+ years of experience in Project/Program Management \n
- Prior experience in Salesforce implementations (mandatory) \n
- Experience in BFSI / NBFC domain (Vehicle Finance preferred) \n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology / Business \n
- PMP / Prince2 / Salesforce certifications (preferred) \n
