Exp: 8+ years

Location: Hyderabad, Mumbai

• Expertise in Siebel Tools, Configuration, Scripting (eScript/VB Script), Workflow, and Business Services.
\n
• Hands-on experience with:
\n
• Siebel EAI
\n
• Workflow Process Manager
\n
• Runtime Events
\n
• Assignment Manager
\n
• Product Administration
\n
• Open UI
\n
• Knowledge of Siebel Data Model and Repository Architecture.
\n
• Experience with EIM, Data Migration, and Integration technologies.
\n
• Understanding of Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSD, and JSON.
\n
• Strong SQL and database skills (Oracle/SQL Server).
\n
• Experience in production support, issue analysis, and performance tuning.
\n

Preferred Skills

\n
• Experience with Siebel Open UI customization.
\n
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and release management processes.
\n
• Exposure to telecom, banking, insurance, or healthcare CRM implementations.
\n
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
\n
