Job Description
Role summary
\nOwn the top of the funnel for campus engagement: identify and open new colleges, keep student clubs and ambassadors active, support partner/collaborator onboarding, and make sure every event has the footfall and follow-through it was promised.
\n\nReports to: Campus Programs lead
\nDuration: 3–6 months · Commitment: 15–20 hrs/week (hybrid, event days on ground)
\nCore responsibilities
\n1. Campus pipeline
\n- \n
- Build and maintain a target list of colleges (CDC/T&P officer, HOD, student placement cell contacts) \n
- Cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and warm intros; book intro calls \n
- Send the campus proposal deck, follow up, and track every college through stages: contacted → meeting → proposal sent → acceptance → MoU → edition scheduled \n
- Coordinate campus visits and pre-event walkthroughs with the CDC \n
2. Student community & ambassadors
\n- \n
- Recruit and onboard campus ambassadors; run the WhatsApp/Discord groups \n
- Push registrations: classroom announcements, club cross-posts, hostel/notice-board drives \n
- Weekly check-ins with ambassadors — targets, blockers, what they need (posters, QR, copy) \n
- Collect student feedback after every event and pass structured notes back to the team \n
3. Partner & collaborator support
\n- \n
- Research and shortlist prospective collaborators (ed-tech, startups, tools, food/mobility) \n
- Prepare the outreach note and partner one-pager; run first-touch conversations \n
- Once signed: collect logos, POC details, deliverables, and hand off to the content team for the partner card series \n
- Keep the partner directory current — POC name, phone, email, committed deliverable \n
4. Event execution
\n- \n
- Registration desk, check-in, ID/badge distribution, delegate handling \n
- On-ground coordination with club volunteers and faculty \n
- Capture photos, quotes, and short video bytes for recap content \n
- Post-event: attendance reconciliation, certificate name lists, thank-you sends \n
5. Reporting
\n- \n
- Weekly outreach report: colleges contacted, meetings held, registrations added, partners in pipeline \n
- Maintain the CRM/sheet accurately — no stale stages \n
