  • \n
  • Cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and warm intros; book intro calls

2. Student community & ambassadors

\n

  • \n
  • Weekly check-ins with ambassadors — targets, blockers, what they need (posters, QR, copy)

3. Partner & collaborator support

\n
    \n
  • Research and shortlist prospective collaborators (ed-tech, startups, tools, food/mobility)
  • \n

  • \n
  • Once signed: collect logos, POC details, deliverables, and hand off to the content team for the partner card series
  • \n
  • Keep the partner directory current — POC name, phone, email, committed deliverable
  • \n
\n

4. Event execution

  • \n
  • On-ground coordination with club volunteers and faculty
