Front Office Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and guest-focused Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office operations at The Promenade & Le Dupleix. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient front office operations, and strong team performance while maintaining the service standards of our properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, including Reception, Concierge, Bell Desk and Guest Relations.
\n
• Ensure smooth check-in, check-out, room allocation and billing processes.
\n
• Lead, train and motivate the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service.
\n
• Handle guest feedback, complaints and special requests professionally and ensure timely resolution.
\n
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Reservations and other departments for seamless hotel operations.
\n
• Monitor room inventory, occupancy, VIP arrivals, group movements and special occasions.
\n
• Maintain high standards of guest interaction, grooming and service delivery.
\n
• Monitor departmental performance, SOP compliance and operational procedures.
\n
• Prepare and review Front Office reports, MIS and other operational documentation.
\n
• Drive guest satisfaction, upselling opportunities and revenue enhancement initiatives.
\n
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards and statutory requirements.
\n

Candidate Profile

\n
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Front Office/Rooms Division, with preferably 2+ years in a managerial/supervisory role.
\n
• Experience with a reputed hotel chain, preferably in luxury/upscale hospitality.
\n
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Excellent guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.
\n
• Good knowledge of PMS and Front Office operations.
\n
• Strong operational acumen with a customer-centric approach.
\n
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
\n
